Waited 3 hours despite ETA being 25 mins!! Kept getting told waiting for driver yet still taking orders, no courtesy call or apology. Had to go and collect in the end as they wouldn’t even offer a refund!! Offered free desert once collected, and even gave me the wrong selection of desert! Joke.

We asked for two fillet burgers we received 2 spicy chicken burgers. I ordered mayo on one and ketchup on the other. 1 arrived correct with ketchup but the other had ketchup and mayo ???? that went in the bin. We ordered meals with cans if standard pepsi we received Pepsi max overall this place never get the order correct what is the problem
