Not a happy customer! The order arrived at 6.30 minus the cheesy chips. Called them and was told they were very busy and can we just have them next time? We said no as they were for our son, they said they would bring them out in the next 45 mins. We called them again at 8.10 and were told by a guy with a bad attitude that we need to understand that they are busy! Which we did but as we live 5 mins down the road expected them within the timescale. He then said he would bring them out as soon as they can. Gone 9pm we tried calling again but they weren’t answering the phone and we’re still waiting for our stuff the next day!
We’ve been ordering from Continental for over 15 years and used to get along great with the old owners and staff, if they made a mistake they were genuinely sorry and did everything they could to fix it! Nowadays they just don’t seem to care, especially about loyal customers.
On a side note, the pizzas felt undercooked and doughy and the garlic bread was hard!
Such a shame to see a great place go so downhill

I have ordered multiple times from Continental Takeaway over the past 3 years, and the quality is top class every single time, whether it is a cheesy garlic bread with mushrooms and onion, pizzas, chicken wings, beef or chicken burgers. My favourite is the Hawaiian Cheese Burger with salad and specifically the burger relish. If you haven't had this yet, do yourself a favour!

The food itself was great. There is a mistake with the menu on this website though. It said there was an offer on that doesn't exist in the store anymore\t so we ended up spending more money than we needed to which is a shame.
