Long wait time but we expected this as very busy place that makes lovely food our order was missing the cauliflower cheese we ordered and also the mash was cold I called to say the cauliflower cheese was missing to be told it would be up to a 20 minutes wait not acceptable really as the rest of the food was here and would be cold if we waited we will not be ordering again from cluck and moo

After been told it would be delivered within an hour of the order being placed It took nearly four hours to arrive, despite a number of phone calls to chase the meal. Not worth the effort, go elsewhere!

Aghh only 4 stars! This is usually 5 stars the food is delicious but unfortunately yhere must have been an issue with the Yorkshire puds! Flat and uncooked in the middle :( Have to say this is unusual for cluck and moo weve never had anything but 5 star food and service till these yorkies today. Still highly recommended

Unfortunately I am gutted, wings were taste less, sorry fries were not only cold but also very bland, nachos were great, but again cold, order came but was wrong, all burgers were apparently great which was a relief. Needed to contact twice to establish when missing food was arriving only to be told would be sent out with next delivery. Shame heard some great comments about this restaurant. Won’t be returning
