Took 1 hour 30 for food to be delivered, despite it saying 1 hour, parmo burger was ok, ( béchamel sauce was runny, like dripping out of the bun ) but the chips were absolutely vile, i soaked them in salt and vinegar and all i could taste was grease. I never ate them! Won’t be ordering again

Very disappointing. Have used this Fish shop for years and always had outstanding food. On Friday the fish batter was very thick and soggy and the chips were undercooked. My only hope is the usual cook was on holiday and will soon return. The lady who delivered, however, was very pleasant with a ready smile.

Delivery took a little longer than expected but food was lovely. However, I was missing a portion of chips and a bottle of pop (1.5L) from the order. Contacted via phone and have been told it will be honoured on the next order.

Ordered parmo and chili cheese. Restaurant called to let us know that they were low on cheese bites so some chicken would be substituted instead. Said this was fine. Arrived sooner than expected. Was delicious. Highly recommended!
