Really poor quality tonight! It’s a shame when you rely on somewhere. Wedges undercooked to the point they were hard, had to put them back in the oven. Pizza was so slimey and under cooked, toppings just slid off. Bolognaise was more like tomato base with red onion than actual meat! It’s a shame, as usually so lovely.

Ordered for the first time last week thought it was brilliant, ordered this time and it was completely different? It was like ordering from a different shop, chips were like chip shop chips, parmo was different and different cheese, donner was completely different and the donner portion was half of what it was last week. Went from one of the best takeaways I've had in hartlepool to average, still not bad food but I couldn't eat the chips.

Waited a hour to be disappointed with 2 wraps parmo wrap and kebab wrap , asked for just lettuce in both and got all salad in both and asked for garlic in both , got no sauce and the parmo was very tough and chewy couldn’t eat it so I won’t be ordering again

Got a calzone they added no pepperoni and put in peppers which I do not.like so went uneaten also the chips where soggy and cold donner meat was cold and the tomato garlic bread was cold but that was the best part of the food regret ordering from here so disappointed
