I live close to the shop and ordered for delivery as we work till late and can't be bothered to be going back out. Said it would be here for 21.13 from ordering at 20.34. eventually came at 21.55 over an hour and a half for cheesy chips and a burger! New manager hasn't got a clue! To tight to hire more staff! Will never order a delivery again! Sends his poor one staff member on foot for deliveries. Absolute disgrace!

Been giving the new management a chance but food quality has gone down and delivery speed is a lot slower due to him not cooking orders quick enough so it’s down to the drivers to apologise when it’s not there fault. 2hrs wait sometimes and it’s only just like warm and things missing from order.

Delivered to the wrong address even after leaving 2 separate notifications. Did get the food which eventually, which was spot on (2× pizzas). Not too late so overall just sort your admin out friends. X

Food didn't leave store until 1hr 15mins after order Chips and gravy didn't come in a tray, gravy cam in a separate pot, only got about a table spoon of gravy Mozzarella dippers were hard Wrap had 3 bits of chicken in, kebab meat was gritty Wrap had hardly any meat in, barely any garlic, was majority tortilla wrap!
