I am rating this order a 1 star, simply because on the chefs notes i stated no lettuce no mayo on all burgers, and when the order arrived all the burgers have mayo and lettuce. This has resulted in a stream of tears from my autistic child who cannot eat mayo or lettuce on the burgers. What started out as a happy excited time turned into a huge meltdown, child has no food and the restaurant refuse to re send correct items as it does not state the no mayo no lettuce on the receipt. Thank you Dixy Chicken for making my child so upset he probably wont want to order from here ever again. I suggest you add the option for these amendments be added to your menu, as i bet i'm not the only customer having this to deal with!!!!

Food was over an hour late. Phoned the store to cancel the order and the customer service was atrocious. Will be contacting for a full refund. Phoned the store for an hour and no options from the store. Disgusted with everything from this store and if I could give a zero rating I would have. Do not use this store EVER!!!!!

Ordered foe collection, food was ready quickly after I arrived aheas of time. However I ordered a sizzler supreme chicken fillet burger meal but the burger was not a sizzler. I only realised this when I got home (collection order).

The food was nice however was luke warm. When the delivery driver arrived (about 30 mins late) he rung for someone to come to his car and collect the delivery, which I paid for, rather than bringing it to the door. Furthermore, the dips inside the bag were tipped over, causing them to leak, creating a mess. Overall, not a great customer service.
