I am sorry. The chips were very nice and the delivery service excellent but the fish was just mainly batter. This has now happened for the 2nd time. Hope this helps

I always order from Lord and normally don't have a problem, but on this occasion my food wasn't hot and I had to re- heat my whole order in the microwave so I didn't really enjoy it very much. The chips weren't nice, they were "bitty" dry and not very nice

Food was good but unfortunately as of late they don’t read the order correctly. No chilli sauce on burger as ordered and not the first time. Please read the orders correctly. This would never happen if Jeff was in the chippy

Tonight was a real disappointment, usually all the food I’ve ordered from here has been great but tonight I had to call to chase up my order after almost an hour and when it finally arrived the food was barely warm. I had to reheat in the microwave which then made the kebab meat a bit tough.
