The delivery driver tried keeping change u had ti shout him and say mate my change he said he’s getting it and then he came back and tried telling me it cost a different amount so he could get miney out off me I stood there arguing the fact that he’s telling me a wrong amount I show him on my ohine the amount he finally agreed after a while this driver is probably doing this to other you need to watch out

Getting a Calzone from here has always been an absolute treat which I have very occasionally as I don’t live in Banbury. Last nights Calzone was the worst I’ve I’ve tried. I couldn’t eat it, luckily I bought a small pizza, which was just about edible. Very disappointed

Poor service, took over 2 hours to arrive. I chased and was told my order was on way, still not arrived, chased again and was told it was being cooked! Finally arrived cold and half the order missing!

Took almost 2 hours to deliver. When I called I had this Romanian man screaming down the phone to me to effing cancel! Even tho I couldn’t as it had gone past delivery time and I’ve already paid for order!. Food is nice but customer services is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The restaurant would benefit from staff that know how to speak to customers with a bit of patience and manners. I will certainly not be ordering from them again. They need to train staff properly. Also English speaking staff on the phone would benefit them.

The food was good quality and well served. The chips were crispy and not one bit greasy. We selected delivery and despite it saying 50 minutes, which was what we expected, it arrived much quicker. Value for money and portion size was excellent Well done a well deserved 5*****
