I'm sorry but I had to let everyone know about this last night...we ordered a 16 inch munchie box with salad and bottle of bru. When the delivery guy came to my door I said sorry where is irn bru he said dont know so I was expecting him to go to car incase left it. He then said oh al check receipt and then says no ma fault it's the shop with a snigger on his face he then said can I not give u refund cause it's too far to go back??? I said not so politely r u joking. We then said we want our juice as had none in house. I took photos when we opened it up it there was NO salad or dips!!!! WHo orders a 16inch and u dont get 1 sauce with it lol pure joke so phoned shop to speak to manager who then said will refund but kept saying al send u fresh no worries and we where so angry at this point. Driver with wee red car was just clearly not caring about his customer. My man had to lean out window cause he was saying na sorry al just refund your juice. Lazy shop. I spend a fortune like any in these establishments and they dont give us our moneys worth and just in this to make money. U NEVER EVER argue with your customer. We then said as we dont drive to redund us at this point we where sooo hungry. We said send it again and it came properly. Not dried up shrivelled pieces like first one. He said I need to take a loss for first one at that point I said ok just get us what we ordered and we are NEVER ordering again. Shockin place.

Poor standard tonight. Got a munchy box and there was next to no donner meat in and the stuff that was there was dried up, shriveled and tasteless. I think it was last night's. Lots of onion rings, which is unusual and the standard of pakora was very poor. It looks like a change of management and chef and i don't think i will be a customer again. Sorry guys. Not good
