Ordered Nutella Gelato got vanilla with a blob of Nutella on, would of preferred a call to change selection I have vanilla ice cream in the freezer, need better customer communications milkshake was nice very thin n runny but tasted ok

The order was almost 30 minutes late and when it finally came the crepe was rock hard, it was just snapping. I called them and they said i would have a refund the next morning, ive still not received anything. I used to get desserts from here a lot but after this i dont think i will be returning.
