I’ve ordered from Side Chick Barnsley a couple of times now for delivery to my home address, and the service has always been great — food arrives hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Most recently, while on nights at the hospital, a few of us from work decided to order together. I went for the 12” Popcorn Chicken pizza with added kebab meat, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything arrived on time with the rest of the order — including a Chicken and Mushroom pizza, a tray of kebab meat, and a free garlic bread with cheese. Prices are really decent for the quality and portion sizes, and the food is consistently tasty. I’d highly recommend Side Chick Barnsley to anyone looking for great food and reliable service!

The aftercare service was appalling. I ordered my usual order which always includes chips cheesy chips, they were burnt to a crisp. I called to ask for a refund of the chips and they flat out refused saying they would send me some more even though it takes at least 15 minutes delivery and then the cooking time by which time my pizza would be cold. The staff member was rude and wouldn’t give me her name, the manager said they couldn’t refund online and it wasn’t until I reminded them of my legal rights they then said I could come into the shop and collect my refund. They never apologised for the bad service or the state of the food. I have pictures!

The food as always was divine and I will be coming back however it states on the website and on texts messages that I have that if you spend more than £12 you get free cheesy garlic bread and I did not get my free cheesy garlic bread :(
