Tonight the wife and I had a lovely meal but! having said that the lamb Rogan josh only had 6 very small pieces of lamb in it so to say I am disappointed with grangetown tandoori is an understatement normally the meals are spot on. I will leave my address so you know who I am\t 55 Dalton \t Seaham. Hope the proprietor reads this review.

Been here quite a few times but the last twice its been crap microwaved as its warmed up portions have halfed i orderd a lamb vindaloo lamb was just fat and if thats a vindaloo ill eat my hat no taste wont be going back dont know if its different cheff or owners but its gone down hill

Madras wasn't as tasty as normal and one of the Naan's was a bit dry but overall excellent meals. Huge amounts of chicken perfectly cooked.\nThis is the best Indian Take Away I have tried in my 30 yrs and every time we try somewhere else we end up back here. Awesome.

As always from this takeaway\t the food was fresh and hot when delivered\t was delivered within the time stated when ordering\t and the food quality was to the usual high standards of Grange Town Tandoori. The only downside\t which is very unusual\t was that one of the meals was delivered incorrectly\t Chicken Tikka main instead of Tandoori Chicken main. This was only a minor thing and the Chicken Tikka was accepted without complaint. We would have requested a replacement had the meals been significantly different.

Im a customer of 20yrs+ & All would have been excellent (as usual) apart from 2 issues.\n1 Delivery Driver didn't knownifco we paid or not which was a little awkward.\n2 I have ordered Tikka Chicken Chilli Mosala on 4 occasions now and twice it has come predominantly red in colour\t hot and gorgeous and the other twice a browny colour with only a mild heat (however still nice). Frustrating as the red (whatever the difference is) is much better.
