Balti cooking owes much to China, where it resembles the spicy cooking of Szechuan & Tibet, famous with moghui emperors for its aromatic spices of Kashmir, the taste is both simple in its cooking & yet complex in its flavours. Balti cooking swept Britain in the 90's as tandoori did some 20 years ago. Special mixed contains chicken, prawn & beef.
