Food didn't disappoint - delivered hot, real chips - not cooked from frozen. One item was missing from order but the situation was resolved with a phone call. I would recommend Crisp N Fry as it is one of my first choices of Fish and chip shops in my area.

Haven't ordered for 3 months because delivery waiting time was ridiculous. Gave another chance today and waited an hour and a half for food that arrived luke warm. Rang 3 times for update and tge woman on the phone is just so rude - then she hung up on me! Will not be getting any more of my money - avoid at all costs!!

Food was over a hour late, had to call to find out where it was, upon delivery there was missing items which I did not get refunded for despite being charged for and finally because of the late delivery the food was cold and the salad was outdated and decomposing upon delivery.
