We ordered our food on line and once the order was acknowledged we got a wait time of 1hr-20mins. After 1hr-30mins I called to see if it was on the way. At this point I was told they’d only just received the order and it would be a further 30mins. When it finally arrived the driver knocked £1.21 off the bill! If it was the system then clearly they have a problem. \nI suggest phoning your order in if plan to use them.
