Im just abit disappointed today, The Apple pie usually comes warm, but once before and tonight the pie is freezing cold with hot custard, The apply pie is so much nicer warm. My wife got choc brownie which was also freezing cold. its just abit of a let down to be honest, I think consistency is key once you no longer know what the food is going to be like, it becomes a bad spend. I like Bella, and we usually order alot from here, but its very slowly getting to be disappointing.

Food is always nice from here. Tonight it did come lukewarm especially the fries but everything was still tasty. The grilled chicken is my favourite especially with the salad and green chillies.

Waited over 3 hours for food, for nothing to materialise. Rang twice and got told that it was on the way! Phone calls were over 40 minutes apart! This used to be our regular takeaway but not now. I was told by staff they were really busy and had over 50 orders.... well if you cannot keep up with the orders, shut just eat or something off so you can catch up with your own app orders!

Pizza was ok, delivery terrible. Received a message to say order was out for delivery half an hour before I receive it. I rang the takeaway after 20 minutes to be told they are waiting for drivers. Needless to say the pizza was luke warm when I received it.
