The food was barely warm when it arrived the driver said he had been to the wrong address I asked him if the food was hot he said it will be cos it was in the bag well I think they should get a better bag cos the pizza were almost cold chips were like cardboard and the onion rings were like warm and soggy We won't be ordering from there again

Initially told 1hr 10 mins for delivery, ok. 1 HR 30 mins later, not here, when I phoned was told "it's on its way". Nothing after 20 mins phoned back, again, rude member of staff, said waiting for a driver, I asked if it was sat going cold? I was told it was " just coming out of the oven" it'll get there when it gets there! This was a treat for my daughter's birthday for her and friends. Been waiting 2 hours now. I don't mind the initial wait so much, but dishonesty and rudeness is not acceptable. I will not be using this takeaway again. Nearly £40 including delivery, shocking service, and was ordered early evening! When the food arrived it was great and the delivery driver a lovely chap. I would say get your pizzas here but collect them.

Over two hours for delivery of 2 chicken and donner kebabs and a portion of chips. 3 small pieces of chicken on the kebabs, hard ‘naan’ more like a tortilla. We have ordered here a lot in the past but this will be the last order we place for a long time. We phoned them to see where our order was after 1.5hrs to be told it was on its way…

Food came wrong with missing items argued that they wouldn’t take the full order away so we would get everything warm together! Took away a pizza and never returned then lied to feed me online they’d never taken It! Never returned the pizza and then offered £4 refund for missing items and the pizza they took away. Disgusting attitude on the phone when trying to sort it out basically calling me a liar! Avoid at all costs

Order was late by 30 minutes, and had been kept warm while waing for the driver to deliver. Phoned shop to enquire about my order they said it was ready but waiting for the driver .luck warm and dry , not very good on this occasion
