King prawn curry the sauce was orange not nice at all . The poppadoms tasted like grease. Onion salad the onions are going off . Really disappointed Regular customer also Not anymore after tonight

Always delicious food.. and i would usually give a 5 star.. Dhansak always includes pineapple. But on last couple of occassions there has been non. But sauce was lovely and spicy. I have also decided to stop having keema nan as there seems to be a weird taste... that has put me off.. its a bit like bleach taste. Even though ive never tried bleach. ????????

The food was very good Was advised was an hour for delivery which was fine, had to ring up after 2 hours to see where our order was, was told was very busy as 1st payday weekend of the year , arrived about 10 minutes after phone call

Ordered just after 7pm for 8:15pm delivery on a Saturday night via their website app. 8:30pm and still no delivery or any communication from restaurant. I called the restaurant to be told they are very busy in the kitchen due to pay day (fair enough) and the food will be at least another 20/30 minutes. I kindly asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund as by the time the food would arrive it would have been too late for us to eat. I was then told the manager would call me back asap about this. 9pm came and still no phone call about the order or cancellation. So I phoned back, explained I had ordered nearly 2 hours ago and had called 30 minutes ago wanting to cancel and have a refund. I was then told the exact same, that the manager would call me back and they’d try their best to get the food out as quickly as possible, they then put the phone down. At this point I just wanted it sorted and a refund not the food so I went to the restaurant to speak to someone face to face. I spoke with the gentleman behind the desk who explained they were very busy due to pay day and that he’d get the manager to deal with it. The manager arrived and also apologised, offering the food to be given to me there and then with a refund. I explained it was 9:30pm, ordered food 2 hours ago so it will not be eaten. He explained that they have had lots of online orders that evening and they have to accept them (which I believe if they can’t fulfill them then they shouldn’t). With a simple click of a button, the manager had processed the refund to be issued. This is the frustrating part as this could have been done via telephone rather than myself having to drive round to the restaurant to sort it. I have used Anujaan a fair few times both for delivery and eat in service with my family and have received a different experience than this evening. It is a shame as from now on I’ll think twice about ordering from here.

The best tandoori prawn pathia ever and I’ve eaten in many Indian restaurants. Everything from the service , staff , competitive price and food is spot on. I’ve recommended this restaurant/take out to a few friends and family who now eat regularly from Anujaan .

The food we had was amazing. The best indian food we have had in many years. Very tasty. Although the food arrived a little later than planned an apology was issued,the staff had been delayed starting work, owing to motorway issues. Very polite staff. But worth the wait. Shall definitely order again.

We have been ordering from here for over 12 months each time the food has been Top rate. Tonight however it was cold. The curry, rice and Sashlick and Nann bread all had to be reheated. We had a text to say it was out for delivery however it was 35 mins before it arrived. So either the driver got lost or had multiple deliveries and we were last. Sincerely hope this is a one off. No other issues before tonight.
