arrived within 30 mins of ordering and the keebab was stone cold, it was so cold it has congealed Grease/fat on the meat. First time I have ever been disappointed with food from here.

Small chicken kebab ,6 tiny pieces of chicken. Bit of lettuce and onion. I know things have become expensive but this was ridiculous. Won’t be using them again. Value for money zero

Having gone here for over 20 years now and looking forward to the good food, well we was well wrong. 1st we asked for the chips well done - that didn't happen, raw as hell! Calzone tasted of plastic and the onion rings wasn't cooked. Delivery was fast though. Cant believe how this place has gone down, was the place to go but aint no more.

Disgrace, lamb wrap was floppy wet and 8 pieces of lamb that you needed to chew for a hour, the donner kebab was dry, looked like it had been dragged round Widnes of a bus Very disappointed Won’t be ordering again

Well where do I start, after raving about charcoal for years, this takeaway was absolutely shocking I don't know how long my lamb and chicken kebab had been sat in the box but the pitta had basically fell apart, the lamb has been chopped that small and was as hard as an old shoe, good to see the chilli sauce was still the same. What happened to juicy pieces of lamb and chicken??? Was it worth the money,? No chance. Sorry Charcoal not a patch on what you used to be.....
